BERKLEY HEIGHTS, NJ —SEPTEMBER 9, 2026 — Relevate Health® is pleased to announce the addition of Oliver Nelson as its Chief Activation Officer. With more than 20 years of experience across the healthcare communications landscape, Oliver brings a rare combination of entrepreneurial drive, cross-functional leadership, and deep expertise in omnichannel activation, predictive targeting, and performance-accountable campaign delivery.
Oliver's career reflects both the strategic and operational dimensions of building and holding high-performing activation capabilities accountable. His journey began in 2004 when he founded his own search engine company, an early signal of his instinct for innovation and his belief in the power of data and technology to reshape audience engagement. Since then, he has developed expertise on both sides of the industry: as a global integrated lead driving omnichannel activation strategy and as a business and operations leader building the agency infrastructure needed to execute it. Most recently, Oliver leveraged this experience to establish and lead Evolvics, an omnichannel activation agency within Syneos Health. Across his career, he has led activation efforts for some of the most recognized brands in healthcare. Oliver also served as a military intelligence officer in the U.S. Army Reserve, deploying in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
At Relevate Health, Oliver will lead end-to-end activation from precision audience targeting to campaign strategy, execution, and optimization, advancing Relevate Health's mission to prompt better healthcare decisions by delivering precise, measurable solutions at scale.
